Head of BI & Knowledge Management

  • Lead analytics platform strategy, access rules, performance, and data quality for Yandex’s fintech division — with responsibility for road map, data quality governance, and internal BI tooling.

  • Scaled the analytics platform (2.4× growth from 660 to 1,597 MAU) while reducing P95 dashboard load time from 25s to 7s and cutting error rate from 2.1% to under 0.1%, improving both adoption and trust in data across the business.

  • Introduced unified data quality tooling across all fintech analytics teams, reducing data incident rates from 6–8% to under 1% and strengthening reliability of business-critical reporting.

  • Built data ingestion and quality pipelines for internal support documentation, powering an AI support agent and overhauling the knowledge creation process.

  • Built a hybrid RAG platform — enabling multiple ML-teams to use it in LLM-powered products as a shared service.

Yandex Go

  • Led BI Excellence of ride-hailing business unit — multi-billion-dollar product lines. Managed 4 direct reports and a community of 80–100 BI professionals within Yandex; owned analytics standards, tooling strategy, and delivery practices division-wide.

  • Led the rapid Tableau-to-DataLens migration programme: personally migrated 94% of critical Management Reporting reports and created reusable JS visualisation templates adopted across 1,300+ dashboards, becoming the company-wide standard.

  • Drove platform-wide performance improvements: reduced P95 load time from 25.4s to 15.6s and error rate from 2.12% to 0.1%.

  • Founded Reporting Expo (120 attendees, eNPS 70) to drive adoption and build community of practice.

Yandex Go

Senior BI Developer

  • Built and owned the Management Reporting cluster — the primary executive reporting platform for the Taxi business unit (282 MAU, 6,000+ monthly views, bookmarked by the CEO), delivering trusted analytics to senior leadership.

  • Created Tableau Speedtest (open-source performance benchmarking tool) and trained 300+ Tableau creators across the company, raising BI development standards and self-serve capability organisation-wide.
